Meeting with Black Sea Women in Nuclear Leadership Group

The Black Sea Women in Nuclear Leadership Group, in collaboration with U.S.-Black Sea Nonproliferation, brought mid-career diplomats, practitioners, academics and researchers together to strengthen transatlantic and regional ties. At this event, the ELSE project was presented, highlighting efforts to enhance leadership skills in nuclear safety.

This gathering provided an important platform for advancing professional networks among women in the nuclear sector and addressing critical diversity, equity and accessibility issues. The event underscored ongoing efforts to promote leadership and inclusivity within the industry.
