At the 37th EGOS Colloquium, the paper titled “Resilience and Organisational Limits in the High-Risk Nuclear Industry Context” was presented. The latter examined the pressing challenges associated with resilience in the nuclear industry, particularly as organisations face inherent high-risk and unpredictable conditions, in an era of riskification.
The study explored how organisational limits, such as structural and procedural constraints, can impact resilience-building efforts in contexts where safety and risk management are paramount. The research presented insights into developing resilience strategies that enable rapid adaptation to emergent threats, thus contributing to organisational stability and operational safety.
