ICSI-Foncsi Symposium – “Bouncing forward from global crises and challenges”

During the ICSI-Foncsi Symposium held in France, JR Conseil participated in a round table discussion led by B. Journé, focusing on the theme of “Resistance to Change: The Social Acceptability of Acknowledging That Not Everything Can Be Predicted, the Lack of Total Control.”

This session highlighted the challenges organisations face when navigating change, particularly in the context of uncertainty and the limits of predictability in decision-making processes. JR presented the rationale for the ELSE project, and the development steps for the elaboration of ELSE Diploma syllabus.
