AIMS 2021 Conference – “Strategic Management in the Face of Global Challenges”

At the AIMS 2021 Conference, the paper “Unintended Cascading Effects of Expanding Organisational Limits for Resilience: Lessons from the Nuclear Industry” was presented in the thematic session “New Approaches to Uncertainty: Construction, Tools, and Collective Dynamics.” This presentation explored how attempts to enhance organisational resilience in the nuclear sector can produce unforeseen ripple effects.

NESTet ENS Conference 2021

The European Nuclear Society NESTet Conference 2021 was organised in cooperation with the IAEA.

During the NESTet Conference 2021, the team of the ELSE project coordinated the session “Leadership for safety training” during which the project was introduced.
