The Leadership for Safety Executive Training Programme embodies three learning modules and one evaluation session:

MOOC (Massive Open Online Course)

Human & Organizational Factors: ELSE project presentation

Mooc ELSE

40-50 hours online learning on leadership and safety management.

Cutting-edge insights from social and management sciences.

Individual Project Development

Trainees will put their learning into practice by developing innovative leadership strategies to enhance safety within their own organisations. The project combines individual and group work, leading to a written report.

Two-Week In-Presence Training in Nice, France

Hands-on workshops, case studies, leadership exercises and debriefing.

Final Exam and Project Defense
