During the IAEA NKM, the ELSE project was presented as a key initiative focused on advancing knowledge management strategies within the nuclear sector. This platform provided an opportunity to introduce ELSE’s objectives, including enhancing training and fostering leadership for safety.

13th Annual International Conference on Sustainable Development through Nuclear Research and Education

At the 13th Annual International Conference on Sustainable Development through Nuclear Research and Education, a presentation was delivered on the ENEN activities titled “ENEN-Education and Training Initiative for the Nuclear Sector.” This session underscored ENEN’s commitment to advancing educational and training programmes tailored to the nuclear industry, emphasising their role in sustainable development.

37th EGOS Colloquium “Organising for an Inclusive Society: Meanings, Motivations, and Mechanisms”

At the 37th EGOS Colloquium, the paper titled “Resilience and Organisational Limits in the High-Risk Nuclear Industry Context” was presented. This presentation examined the pressing challenges associated with resilience in the nuclear industry, particularly as organisations face inherent high-risk and unpredictable conditions.

XVI Colloquium AGeCSO

The XVIth AGeCSO colloquium convened to explore the critical role of knowledge management in addressing contemporary challenges, particularly through the lens of organisational resilience. Within the session dedicated to “Organisational Resilience and Knowledge Management”, Evelyne Rouby (UniCA), Catherine Thomas (UniCA), and Renata Kaminska (SKEMA) presented their paper, “Former à la mindfulness individuelle et collective pour développer la résilience proactive.”

5th Paper Development Workshop in Organization and Management Studies for Advanced PhD Students and Early Career Scholars in Central Eastern and South Eastern Europe

The research paper entitled “Dangers of overpassing organisational limits of managerial actions: the challenge of developing resilience in a high-risk and regulated environment”, was presented at the 5th Paper Development Workshop for PhD students and early-career scholars in Central and South Eastern Europe (CESEE).
